Does the preferred date guarantee a booking?

No. It gives Three Peaks your preferred timing. The job or estimate is confirmed after Three Peaks reviews the request and follows up with you.

Can I submit a request if I do not know what service I need?

Yes. Choose “Not sure” and describe what is happening. Photos and the property address can help clarify the request.

What if the job is storm-related?

Select “Storm / urgent cleanup request” on the form and describe whether anything is blocking access or creating a hazard. Do not approach unstable trees or limbs, and contact the utility when power lines are involved.
